Spaceships!!

Spaceship is basically about exceeding beyond the boundaries we put on ourselves out of fear or circumstance. Alot of times those boundaries and that fear can stop us from reaching our "Destiny" and discourage us from continuing to dream. Its even harder today young or old with all societal pressure to conform to a distorted norm. In addition alot of times we are continuously reminded of what we were and it become easy to lose sight of what we can be!

I've been there..It's such a Testimony(Stay tune for that)

....but thank God for liberation!

Setting: space(of course)

Be reminded: "Reach for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars"

Top 5 Most Stressful Cities

# 5 San Francisco, Calif.
There are 7.2 million residents in the City by the Bay, and they’ve got cause for stress. San Francisco ranks as the fourth least affordable city in terms of housing relative to income, and its citizens pay more per gallon of gas than anywhere else in the country. Tack in 359.8 housing units per square mile, the ninth highest population density of the 40 major metro areas we looked at, and you’ve a recipe for anxiety.

# 4 Los Angeles, Calif.
Individuals living in the City of Angels deal with a 7.5% unemployment rate, the second least affordable homes relative to income in the country and the worst air quality in the country. Angelenos also have to fret about health concerns and often need to stay indoors when the smog gets really bad. Throw in expensive gas and this car-dependent city has a lot to stress about.

# 3 Detroit, Mich.
Detroit used to thrive as the epicenter of the American auto industry. But massive layoffs at Ford and General Motors contribute to a 9.4% unemployment rate, the highest in the country. What's more, the industry that is now cutting jobs probably won’t offer to fix the pollution it created. Detroit was No. 9 on our ranking in terms of air quality. On the upside, the slack demand for homes has made housing cheap. Detroit has the second most affordable homes relative to income in the country.

#2 New York, N.Y.
New York City has the third least affordable housing when you look at local mortgages versus income, making it tough to get ahead. Whether you rent or own, you won’t have much space unless you are rolling in dough. The Big Apple is packed to the core, coming at No 1. in terms of population density with in 786 housing units per square mile. You can smell the ambition in this city, but you might smell something else. New York had the ninth worst air quality of the 40 major metro areas we looked at.

# 1 Chicago, Ill.
With 7.3% unemployment and a gallon of gas going for just under four bucks, the Windy City has some economic headwinds that result in a perfect storm for stress. Chi-town’s pollution problems (it ranked No. 7 in terms poor air quality) and lack of breathing room (it's No. 2 in terms of population density) couple to create a Midwestern Molotov cocktail of stress.

How Sweet the Sound is a nationwide search for the best church choirs in America. The goal of the program is to celebrate music and create a lasting impact on churches and communities across the country.

DiD U KNOW...

This new dinosaur species was discovered by a team from Alf Museum, the only nationally-accredited paleontology museum on a high school campus. It is one of the most robust duck-billed dinosaurs ever found, and probably the largest dinosaur in the 75 million-year-old Kaiparowits Formation fossil ecosystem.-msnbc

I love Animals!!

Check out some of the cutes baby animals!-MSN

Wild pandas live in remote, mountainous areas of central China, where they munch bamboo for most of their day (this cub was on loan to the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, D.C., and returned to China). These black-and-white, roly-poly giants are an endangered species, and are protected by China and conservation groups with research stations, preserves, parks and bamboo corridors, undeveloped parcels of land that allow pandas to travel from mountain to mountain. Despite these efforts, the panda is not completely out of the woods: When the Sichuan earthquake damaged the Giant Panda Breeding Center in Wolong in May, one panda died and others had to be moved elsewhere.

A pygmy hippo calf is a good sign for the species; they are at risk and known to live in just four West African countries that offer their habitat of rain forest, swamp and river — Liberia, Ivory Coast, Guinea and Sierra Leone. “Pygmy” might be a misnomer for this shy creature at the Blijdorp Zoo in Rotterdam, the Netherlands: They can grow to be 39 inches tall and can weigh up to 600 pounds.

Millions of Eastern gray kangaroos roam the forests and grasslands of Australia, making them an icon of the nation. Growing up to 7 feet tall, the gray kangaroo can hop at speeds of more than 35 mph, covering 25 feet in a single bound. Murramarang National Park in New South Wales is just one of many places to see kangaroos.

A picture of curiosity, a young giraffe gets its close-up at Germany's Frankfurt Zoo. Giraffes live on the African savannah south of the Sahara. These mild-mannered animals are an eye-popping sight because of the beauty of their coats and their size, especially if they are peering into a second-story window.

Emperor penguins must cooperate to survive on the Antarctic ice and the surrounding sea. They huddle to escape the wind and conserve warmth while spending the winter on open ice, and must travel about 50 miles to reach the ocean for hunting, all the while buffeted by gales that can push the wind chill to minus 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Emperors, the largest of all the penguins, can dive to 1,850 feet and remain under water for more than 20 minutes. Visitors face an epic journey: sailing on an ice breaker to Antarctica, flying in a helicopter to a landing spot on the ice and walking up to 2 kilometers to a remote rookery.

This Siberian tiger cub at the Aalborg Zoo in Denmark is a member of an endangered species that lives in snowy forests in eastern Russia, China and North Korea. Siberian tigers, also known as Amur tigers, are the world’s largest cats, with some males weighing more than 400 pounds and growing longer than 10 feet; among tigers, they have the palest orange coat and the fewest stripes.
